These general conditions of sale govern the sale of "Doryline" and "Dorymed" branded products marketed by the company Dorymed s.r.l. based in Modena in via Jori 70 - 41126 Modena (MO), VAT number 03877460364, R.E.A. MO-425145, through the website www.doryline.com to consumer users and users who act for purposes related to the business activity. These general conditions are effective from the date of acceptance of the same by the customer on the site, which is valid for all purposes as acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the civil code. The company reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by posting them on the site. Any contractual or extra-contractual liability on the part of the company for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.


The purchase of products takes place through access to the site. For each of the products, a description is available on the site containing the main characteristics of the same. All purchase support information is intended as a simple generic information material.

It is understood that the image accompanying the product description may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in color, size, accessory products shown in the figure.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) by an automatic reply via e-mail via the doryline.com website, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the customer at the time of registration. This confirmation message will contain an "order number", to be used in the event of any communication with the company. The message will contain all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer will receive, by e-mail, the bank details to make the payment correctly.

In case of non-acceptance of the order, Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) guarantees timely communication to the customer.


All prices on the site are to be understood as retail prices and, therefore, inclusive of VAT.

Prices may vary without notice and the only correct price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation. On certain products, subject to price promotions, Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) reserves the right to accept orders by reducing their quantity, upon communication and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order will be considered canceled.

In cases of purchase of goods with "PayPal" or "credit card" payment methods, together with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will authorize the payment of the amount relating to the purchase made.

In the case of purchase of goods with "bank transfer" payment method, you will be able to credit only after receiving the e-mail containing the bank details from Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) The purpose of the transfer must include the order number that will be communicated to you by e-mail. The transfer will be considered valid if made within 5 working days of receiving the second e-mail. Within 2/5 working days from the execution, Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) will verify the credit and ship the goods, barring unforeseen events for which timely communication by telephone and / or by e-mail will be given. Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) reserves the right to cancel the order in case of non-receipt of the transfer or in the event that the amount of the transfer does not correspond to the amount of the order. For any other inconsistency, Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) will contact you to agree on how to proceed with the order fulfillment. Customers are advised to keep a copy of the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment.

The dispatch of the goods takes place only after receipt of the credit. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the customer and in case of non-acceptance of the same by Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) it will be canceled and the committed amount released (release times depend exclusively on the banking system). Once the transaction has been canceled, Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the release of the committed amount by the banking system. Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) reserves the right to request additional documents from the customer proving ownership of the credit card. In the absence of sending the documentation, Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) reserves the right not to accept the order.

The security of transactions is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL) of the PayPal platform. In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, what the customer ordered will be committed until receipt of the credit on the C / C and in any case no later than 7 days from the order.

In cases of purchase of goods with "cash on delivery" (so-called cash on delivery), the money must be handed over to the courier in conjunction with the delivery of the goods, payment must be made only and exclusively in cash, checks are not accepted. "Consumer Code" (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206), pursuant to and within the limits of art. 64 of the Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n. 21 Implementation of directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, amending directives 93/13 / EEC and 1999/44 / EC and repealing directives 85/577 / EEC and 97/7 / EC. (14G00033), the customer has the right, within 14 working days of receipt of the products purchased, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, consisting of the right to return the products received and to obtain a refund of the price paid.

This right applies to all products contained on the website www.doryline.com.

Also pursuant to the aforementioned Legislative Decree 206/2005 it is specified that the Right of Withdrawal is exclusively reserved for consumer customers and that is only to natural persons who purchase the products for their own use and act for purposes not related to professional activity, or if they do not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number when ordering.

Subsequently, the Customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The customer can anticipate the communication via e-mail to the address: info@doryline.com. Once the communication has been received, Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) will communicate to the customer the modalities and the return number. The customer must promptly ship to the address communicated by Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline). The transport costs and the responsibility of the goods during shipment, as required by law, are borne by the customer. It is therefore advisable to insure the products with the chosen courier, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible by inserting them in an external box, avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact in the original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories. In case of transport damage occurred during the return, Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) will communicate the same to the customer within five working days of receipt of the goods, allowing him to file a complaint with the courier used for the transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be canceled at the same time.

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage, Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline) will refund within 30 days and in any case not before the receipt of the purchased goods the full amount of the goods by reversing the credit card or by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the customer. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the products are returned damaged (for reasons other than transport) or incomplete, or missing parts, accessories and components, including instruction manuals, user licenses, warranties, etc.

Notes: With regard to purchases with collection at a Dorymed s.r.l. (or Doryline), the Right of Withdrawal is not applicable as it is not a distance selling.
